Are there any shipping fees applicable?

There are no Shipping charges for any online order purchases.

Will Blumuno provide free assembly at my doorstep for the furniture ordered?

Most of our products do not require assembly or the assembly can be done by you, in such cases you will be provided with assembly instructions and all the tools. Please refer to the product pages to see if the product requires assembly.

When will my Blumuno product order ship?

We process and ship within 2 business days of your order.

Once we’ve received the order, we process and ship your product within 2 business days. For orders that are completed after 3pm IST on a given day, the processing begins the following business day. A separate shipping confirmation email is sent when once the order is dispatched from our end. Please note that if you have purchased more than one product, they might be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or/and an SMS notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

How can I make a payment?

You can pay securely at the checkout using any of the following payment options: Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallets and Net-banking.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us on our Whatsapp Support for address change. It can be done only before dispatch is in pending status. We cannot change once it got dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I return my order?

In case you have received a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us at +91-7272-06-9494 or write to us at sales@blumuno.com

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within two business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.

How to return the product?

To initiate a return online:

Please send us 2 images of the product (one of the damaged/ defective part and one of the entire product) to ascertain the reason for return which can initiated through “Support” section as follow:

  1. Go to Support section
  2. Click on Return and Cancellation
  3. Upload the images and fill up the reason for return/ cancelation

Can I return a product in case I do not want it or do not like it?

Item cannot be refunded for any reasons other than following: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product.

How long does the return process take ?

Once you have placed a return request, we will contact you within 48 hours to complete the return process. The arrangement for pickup of the product will be done after that. Once the return pickup is done and confirmation is received, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours. Depending on your payment method, the refund will reflect in your account within 3-5 days.

Do I have to pay anything to return my product?

With Team Blumuno’s return processes, systematic approach and customer satisfaction at heart, we process all our customers’ returns for free. 😊
